Food for your dog
Collar on your pet
Proof of vaccinations from your vet that include:

*Rabies, *Bordetella, *DHHP
(Distemper/Parvo)

PLEASE NOTE: Due to insurance restrictions, Go Doggie cannot admit Pit Bulls or Staffordshire Terriers for any services. This includes breeds mixed predominantly with these bloodlines. Please understand this is not a reflection of how Go Doggie and Go Doggie ’s staff feels about these breeds. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Also, when you book a reservation with us, we want to have a way to contact you while you travel, so we ask you to provide a cell phone or other number where you can be reached in an emergency.

Have your vet verified proof of vaccinations ready to see before your pet is allowed out of the car. Please arrive with your pet on a leash.
